I have worked with people from all walks of life, from grandmothers all the way to collegiate athletes. I have developed my own unique approach to training. My thinking is simple, if you don’t use it, you lose it. I want to get you moving efficiently again, greatly reduce your risk of injury, and get you eating the way your body, individually, is programmed to eat.

Dallas native, fitness practitioner, entrepreneur, former D-1 basketball player, rock climber, and gym rat. I graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science and a Minor in Business.

Ozzie (Oz) Palmer

My name is Ozzie Palmer. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, Group fitness instructor and holistic nutrition enthusiast. I believe in holistic health, that all things are important and I’m here to help everyone I can find balance.

I’ve always been active since playing sports as a young child all the way to High School and working out in college but I only dabbled in being a student of the healthy life. I realized health isn’t a destination it is a journey. Since then I have been a student of the human body and attempting to learn all things about making my body and others body perform at the most efficient levels. Time is something we all don’t have enough of but with efficient uses of our time we can accomplish a lot. I’m here to help as many people as possible accomplish that.
